For the Exercise Rules :-

  1. Lie down on the floor face down and place your hand about 36 inches apart while holding your torso up at the arms length.
  2. Now, the Next step is to lower yourself downward until your chest almost touches the floor as you inhale.
  3. Breath out and press your upper body back to the first position while squeezing your chest.
  4. After a pause at the top position, you can begin to lower yourself downward again for as many repetitions of sets  as needed.as more sets you can do.

Variations:-

If you  are new at this exercise or do not have the strength to perform it,you can either bend your legs at the knees to take off resistance or perform the exercise again the wall instead of the floor.

For the most advanced lifters, you can place your feet at a high surface such as a bench in order to increase the resistance and to target the upper chest more.

First of all make sure that you have the correct posture. Then proceed to do as much push ups as you can do or you comfortable to do it. and being self motivated to challenge yourself by doing more and more push ups.
